Lennar Opens New Phase with 65 Home Sites at Concord Station in Land O’ Lakes

TAMPA, Fla --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has opened a new phase with 65 home sites at Concord Station, located on SR 54, two miles east of Suncoast Parkway in Land O’ Lakes in Pasco County.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said homes in the new phase range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 3,889 square feet priced from the $190s.
