ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes plans to open 68 single family home sites in the first phase at Windermere Trails located off C.R. 535 and Reams Road in the Windermere area of southwest Orlando.
Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said Meritage Homes will build 68 new three, four, five, six, seven and eight bedroom homes in the first phase at Windermere Trails that range is size from 1,646 square feet of living space to 4,322 square feet priced from the high $100s.
Kittle said Meritage Homes has started construction of the three model homes that should be completed the end of May.
