ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cypress Reserve Villas, the gated luxury resort community on Florida Boulevard in Kissimmee, recently hosted a groundbreaking ceremony event to start a new phase of construction and has already sold out its first four luxury villas.
Charles O’Sullivan, division president for ICI Homes in the Orlando area, which is developing Cypress Reserve Villas, said the three bedroom villa homes underway at Cypress Reserve Villas range in size from 1,700 square feet of living space to 1,830 square feet priced from the $180s.
New villa homes at Cypress Reserve feature two car garages, tile roofs, brick paver driveways, great rooms and kitchens with crown molding and 42 inch cabinets.
