ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park was recently awarded contracts to design two food and beverage facilities at Tampa International Airport for HMS Host.
Lonnie Peterson, chairman at Cuhaci & Peterson, said the firm is designing Cigar City Brewing a craft beer establishment that totals 1,200 square feet of space and a Mise En Place contemporary American cuisine restaurant and wine bar that totals 1,200 square feet.
