Meritage Homes to Start Presales of New Single Family Homes Priced from the mid-300s at Brooks Cove in Oviedo

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes will start presales of 22 new single family homes priced from the $300s in September at Brooks Cove in Oviedo.

Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes said new four, five, six, seven and eight bedroom homes at Brooks Cove will range in size from 3,202 square feet of living space to 5,300 square feet.

Meritage Homes builds single family homes priced from the mid-$300s in 16 active communities in the Orlando region.
