ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes will start presales and a new model home at its newest community of Colina Bay in Montverde in Lake County on Aug 1.
Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said Meritage Homes will offer 61 home sites at Collina Bay with new homes priced from the high $200s, ranging from 3,200 square feet of living space to 5,101 square feet, with four to eight bedrooms.
