MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 4,000 square feet of industrial space at the Goldenrod CommerCenter located on North Goldenrod Rd. in Orlando
Michael Heidrich, a principal in the firm, brokered the transaction representing the landlord, COP-Goldenrod, LLC of Maitland and the local tenant.
Garage Automotive Group Corporation outgrew its 2,206 square feet of space, terminated its lease at 1468 N. Goldenrod and signed a new lease for the 4,000 square feet in suite 100 at 1460 N. Goldenrod in the CommerCenter.
