ORLANDO, Fla., -- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently closed on sales of four luxury residential properties in Volusia County that totaled more than $2.2 million.

• A waterfront luxury home on the Intracoastal Waterway at the Shores in Port Orange that sold to a Swedish couple for $975,000;

• A two bedroom oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach that sold to a couple from Ontario, Canada for $152,500.
