DeBary, Fla. --- Two ready-to-move-in homes are underway by Henin Homes at Riviera Bella, the exclusive luxury community the Henin Group is developing on the St. Johns River in DeBary. Matt Boltz, director of sales and operations for Henin Homes, Inc. said the new Anna model home offers four bedrooms and two baths in 1,928 square feet of living space with a covered lanai. The Anna model home is priced at $234,500. The Sophia IV model home offers four bedrooms and two baths priced at $245,500 with 2,017 square feet of living space and a covered lanai. Boltz said both new homes will be completed before the end of the year.
