TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar will start construction of the Normandy model home in January at Wilson Preserve, located north of Cone Grove Road between I-75 and U.S. 301 in Riverview. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the four bedroom, three bath Normandy is among Lennar’s Manor home series, and offers 1,909 square feet of living space with a two car garage priced from $202,990. Lennar plans to build 62 Manor and 70 Estate Homes at Wilson Preserve, Metheny said. Lennar’s Manor Homes feature one and two story designs that range from the 1,353 square foot, three bedroom St. Moritz model home to the five bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Montego model with 2,719 square feet of living space. Lennar’s Manor Homes at Wilson Preserve will be priced from the mid $100s to the mid $200s, Metheny said. Lennar’s Estate Homes at Wilson Preserve will range from the four bedroom Corsica model home with 1,752 square feet of living space to the five bedroom Independence model home with 3,357 square feet of living space and three-and-a-half baths. The Independence is one of Lennar’s NextGen Homes that features a unique design for a private home within a home for multi-generational families. Lennar’s unique NextGen home designs boast two private entrances, with two separate living areas under a single roof. All new homes at Wilson Preserve feature two more Lennar specialties — its Eco Smart homes with energy saving features and efficient appliances, as well as its Everything’s Included” pledge: a wide range of special features from granite kitchen countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances to crown molding and tile in high traffic living areas.
