DiVosta Homes to Host Open Houses Feb 2 at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs, VeronaWalk in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes will host simultaneous open house receptions from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs, 28025 Umiak Court in Bonita Springs and VeronaWalk in Naples, 7676 Collier Blvd. in Naples. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing, said DiVosta plans to showcase five decorated two and three-bedroom model homes ranging from 1,429 square feet of living space to 2,488 square feet at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs, including – The three-bedroom Dublon model townhome, a spacious two-story design with 1,858 square feet of living space that includes two master suites, three baths and a second-floor balcony along with an alley loaded two-car garage, priced from $186,990. Four single-family home designs, including the 1,429 square foot Pine Spring model, priced from $195,490, and the Tifton, priced from $247,990 with 1,861 square feet, both two-bedroom, two-bath plans with two-car garages. The three-bedroom Vernon Hill model home has a den and two baths in 1,911 square feet of living space, priced from $247,990 with a two-car garage. The 2,488 square foot Dunwoody Trail model, the largest model on display at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs, with three bedrooms, three baths, an open kitchen overlooking the great room, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, a guest suite with private bath and a two-car garage, all priced from $309,490. Mairn said VeronaWalk at Naples is offering tours of five decorated model homes, including the three-bedroom Dublon model townhome, priced from $227,990; Four single-family homes – the two-bedroom Tifton model, priced from $322,990; the three-bedroom Vernon Hill, priced from $322,990; the three-bedroom Carrington with three bedrooms, three baths and a den in 1,542 square feet priced from $245,090 with a two-car garage; and the three-bedroom Dunwoody Lane model, with 2,314 square feet of living space, two-and-a-half baths plus a two-car garage, all priced from $361,490.
