Hot Air Balloon on Tap When Park Square Homes Opens at Summerbrooke in Mount Dora Jan. 12

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Park Square Homes plans to roll out plenty of food, refreshments, popular music, prizes for the family and hot air balloon rides when it opens at Summerbrooke in Mount Dora on Saturday, Jan. 12. Anthony Rouhana, marketing coordinator for Park Square Homes, said the festive Summerbrooke grand opening is the first time hot air balloons have helped usher in a new neighborhood. “Summerbrooke is a major departure for us in Lake County and hot air balloons are one of the most spectacular visuals we could think of,” Rouhana said. The grand opening event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Altogether, Park Square Homes plans to build 60 new single-family homes and 23 villas at Summerbrooke. Three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at Summerbrooke range in size from 1,800 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet priced from the $150s with two-car garages. Two and three-bedroom villas at Summerbrooke range from 1,600 square feet priced from the $130s.
