INTEGRITY HOME LOAN PROJECTS $700 MILLION IN MORTGAGE TRANSACTIONS IN 2013

LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Integrity Home Loan based in Lake Mary projects the company will handle some $700 million in mortgage transactions this year. Matt Malloy, president of Integrity Home Loan said in 2012, the firm closed 3,500 mortgage loans valued at $500 million. The housing market recovery, low interest rates, expanding market and federal government’s HARP program helped homeowners, he said. Malloy is hopeful the government will extend the HARP program, which targets homeowners whose mortgage balance is greater than the assessed value of their home but who kept their payments current. Malloy added that Integrity’s 2012 loan volume was up by more than 20 percent over 201l. Integrity Home Loan ranks as one of the region’s largest and most active mortgage lenders with nine Florida branches including the Central Florida headquarters in Lake Mary, locations in Coral Springs, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and in the Detroit suburb of Southfield, Mich.
