DiVosta Homes Starts Construction of Two Model Homes at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs

Bonita Springs, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes has started construction of two new model homes at VillageWalk of Bonita Springs located on Umiak Court off Bonita Beach Road S.E. east of I-75 in Bonita Springs. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta Home in South Florida, said the two-bedroom Willow Bend model and the three-bedroom Cambridge will both open in late spring. The single-story Willow Bend, with 1,927 square feet of living space, offers an enormous open great room and dining room, a den and lanai off the owner’s suite, along with a two-car garage, priced from $253,990. The single-story Cambridge model, with three bedrooms and three baths in 2,384 square feet, features a spectacular open great room, kitchen and dining room that together encompass almost 600 square feet. Mairn said DiVosta Homes is also offering the Willow Bend and Cambridge floor plans at VeronaWalk in Naples. “The open concept really makes use of the tremendous space inside these two new model homes and they can be decorated to make them quite breathtaking,” Mairn said.
