TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar will open its newest community of Brandon Pointe in March offering three new product lines. Two new models are now under construction. Mark Metheny, president of the Central Florida Division of Lennar Homes, said the new homes at Brandon Pointe will range from town homes starting at 1,300 square feet, single-family homes from 1,800 square feet of living area to 3,000 square feet with two and three car garages.
