Park Square Homes to host realtor open house at Solterra in Davenport March 25

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Park Square Homes will host a Realtor open house at its newest community of Solterra in Davenport south of Orlando near Disney on Monday March 25. Anthony Rouhana, sales and marketing coordinator for Park Square Homes, said 100 home sites will be available at Solterra with homes ranging from 1,600 square feet of living space to 3,300 square feet priced from $260,000. The resort-style gated community, located on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, will offer a luxury club house, resort-styled swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center and recreational field.
