UCF Business Incubation Program Hires New Program Assistant for Orlando Site

ORLANDO, Fla. – Elizabeth “Lisa” Mills recently joined the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program staff at the Orlando site as a Program Assistant. A native of Colorado, Mills previously was an Assessment Specialist at Valencia Community College in Winter Park, and an Admissions and Financial Aid Representative at Aims Community College in Colorado. Prior to her college and university positions, she worked at a Colorado hospital in the non-medical areas of Occupational Health, Maternity and Surgery. An Orlando resident since 2009, Mills has a Florida Real Estate License, a Bachelor’s Degree from Regis University in Denver, and studied Human Resource Management and Business Administration at a Jesuit University in Denver. In her new position, Mills works closely with UCF Business Incubation Program Site Manager Melissa Wasserman, as well as client companies, vendors and service providers. “I am thrilled to be here and to help from behind the scenes. I am excited to watch clients grow and then see the positive impact on Florida with the creation of new jobs. It is a great honor to be a part of the UCF Business Incubation Program,” Mills said.
