Henin Homes at Riviera Bella has 14 homes now under construction

DEBARY, Fla. --- Henin Homes has started construction of 14 new single-family homes priced from $240,000 to $400,000 at Riviera Bella, the award-winning gated luxury community the Henin Group is developing overlooking the St. John’s River in Debary. Matt Boltz, vice president of Henin Homes, Inc., said 12 of the new homes are already sold and range in size from 2,025 square feet of living space to 4,500 square feet. Two ready-to-move-in homes that will open in April range from 2,354 square feet of living space to 2,400 square feet, Boltz said. Both new ready-to-move-in homes are priced from the mid $300s.
