Integrity Home Loan of Central Florida Names Two Veteran Mortgage Officers in Lake Mary Headquarters Office

Lake Mary, Fla. -- Integrity Home Loan of Central Florida, Inc., Florida’s largest and most active privately held residential mortgage company recently named two veteran mortgage officers to positions in the firm’s headquarters in Lake Mary. Matt Malloy, president of Integrity Home Loan of Central Florida, Inc., said he appointed Jeff Fattibene, senior mortgage consultant / loan originator in the firm’s reverse mortgage division. Malloy also named Elon Bodden as mortgage loan originator in the Lake Mary office. Fattibene, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, has more than a year of experience as a reverse mortgage specialist in Baltimore. Bodden, who attended the University of Central Florida, has more than 10 years in residential mortgage lending, including seven years of management. “Integrity Home Loan is building the most experienced and best trained staff of mortgage officers in Florida,” Malloy said. “Jeff Fattibene and Elon Bodden will play important roles in our continued growth in the Central Florida region and other states,” he added. With 11 offices in Jacksonville, Lake Mary, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Tampa, Clearwater, West Palm Beach, Coral Springs and Southfield, Michigan, Integrity Home Loan provided more than 2,700 mortgage loans last year that totaled more than $600 million. Malloy projects Integrity will serve up more than 3,200 residential mortgage loans in 2013.
