Only eight luxury condominiums remain for rent at Bouchelle Island in New Smyrna Beach

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – Only eight luxury condominiums remain for rent at Bouchelle Island in New Smyrna Beach. Anthony DiMucci, who heads DiMucci Companies, developers of Bouchelle Island, said two and three condominiums range in size from 1,150 square feet of living space to 1,500 square feet. DiMucci said the luxury condominiums that are available for long-term lease start at $1,100.
