Three new tenants lease space at Emerson International’s Major Blvd. facility

Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Emerson International recently negotiated three new lease agreements for office space totaling 2,755 square feet in Major Plaza I located at 5728 Major Blvd. in Southwest Orlando. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing at Emerson International, said new tenants include: Alan B. Taylor, P.A. which leased 1,245 square feet; Florida Realty Investments, 961 square feet and 549 square feet was leased by Auto Source Network.
