Villages of Royal Palm in Port Orange has five move-in ready luxury homes under construction

PORT ORANGE, Fla. --- The Villages of Royal Palm, developed by Winston-James Development of South Daytona, has started construction of five ready-to-move-in luxury homes. Winston Schwartz, president of Winston James Development, said the two and three bedroom luxury homes that range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 2,400 square feet are priced from $179,900 to $287,500.
