Three Luxury Homes Earn Top Awards for ICI Homes in Northeast Florida Builders Assn.’s 2013 Parade of Homes

Jacksonville, Fla. --- Three new luxury homes earned top awards for builder ICI Homes during the recent Northeast Florida Builders Association’s 2013 Parade of Homes. Don Wilford, President of ICI Homes in Northeast Florida, said the Plantation II Model Home at Magnolia Preserve at Julington Creek earned the luxury community developer the Parade’s Gold Award as the finest new home in its price range. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 3,160 square feet of space, the Plantation II model home at Magnolia Preserve at Julington Creek features an elegant formal dining room, chef’s kitchen, enormous lanai, grand gathering room and luxurious owner’s suite, along with a three-car garage. Two luxury homes earned ICI Homes Silver Awards: the two-story, Scottish-inspired Nottingham home at Highland Glen, located in the heart of Jacksonville off Beach Blvd. three miles east of I-295, and the Preakness V model home at Amelia National Golf & Country Club. The Nottingham model home at Highland Glen offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 3,888 square feet of living space with a large kitchen, nook and covered porch and summer kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, a two-story family room with a dual-mantled fireplace and coffered ceilings, and a second-floor balcony overlook. With four bedrooms and three baths in 2,752 square feet of space and a three-car garage, the Preakness V Parade home features a courtyard entry, a huge owner’s suite and bath with dual facilities, a massive glass-walled family room and fireplace, a formal dining room with a multi-tiered ceiling, island kitchen and covered lanai. Those are just some of the features that appealed to Parade judges, Wilford said.
