ICI HOMES TO HOST GRAND OPENING JUNE 29 AT GREENLEAF PRESERVE AT NOCATEE IN PONTE VEDRA

Ponte Vedra, Fla. -- ICI Homes will host a grand opening for the public on June 29 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Greenleaf Preserve at Nocatee – 178 Auburndale Drive, Ponte Vedra 32081. Don Wilford, north Florida division president for ICI Homes, said two model homes – the Biltmore and the Allegheny – will be on display and Realtors and the public are invited. The two-story Biltmore offers five bedrooms and five baths in 6,500 square feet of living area along with a three-car garage, and is base priced at $426,900. The Allegheny model home offers four bedrooms and four baths in 3,802 square feet of living space with a three-car garage and is priced from $463,900 Wilford said ICI Homes plans to build 41 new single family homes priced from the low $400s at Greenleaf Preserve at Nocatee.
