NAI Realvest Senior Broker Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the transaction representing the landlord RREF Interchange-FL, Primera I, LLC, based in Daytona Beach. The tenant Medical Partners of Central Florida P.A., d/b/a Central Florida Pediatrics represented themselves in the lease agreement to renew their lease of suites 130, 135 and 140 at Primera Court II.
