ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease renewal agreements for Class B medical office space totaling 3,916 square feet at the Crystal Center, 3300 West Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary. Senior Broker-Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated both transactions representing the landlord, Maya Associates LLC of Okemos, Mich. Dr. A.
