Royal Oak Homes opens 33 homes sites at Lago Katrina in Groveland with new single-family homes priced from the $150s
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Royal Oak Homes recently opened a new community in Groveland where it plans to build 33 new single-family homes priced from the $150s.
Matt Orosz, co-president of Royal Oak Homes, said the Emerson model home will be open for viewing in January at Lago Katrina.
“We are very excited to be offering such an amazing community, with 85' wide, lake-view lots at such an affordable price point,” said Orosz.
New three, four and five bedroom homes by Royal Oak at Lago Katrina range in size from 1,676 square feet of living space to over 3,200 square feet.
