Winston James Development leases 1,050 square feet of commercial space at Beville Road Business Park in S. Daytona

SOUTH DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Winston James Development, which developed the Beville Road Business Park in Daytona Beach, recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 1,050 square feet of commercial space there. Winston Schwartz, president of Winston James Development said Melanie Cruz will open a thrift shop focusing on used clothing, accessories and household items.
