Ryland Homes to Start Construction of Two New Model Homes at Tupelo Forest North of Mount Pleasant

AWENDAW, S.C. --- Ryland Homes has started construction of two new single-family model homes priced from the mid-$200s at Tupelo Forest, on Church Lane in Awendaw North of Mount Pleasant off U.S. 17 in Charleston County. Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing at Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said the new single-story Litchfield model at Tupelo Forest home offers three bedrooms with two baths and a bonus room in 2,331 square feet of living space with a screened porch and a two-car garage. The Litchfield plan is priced from $259,000. The two-story Landrum model offers 2,804 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath, and a sunroom, and is priced from $289,900 at Tupelo Forest with a two-car garage. Four move-in ready homes at Tupelo Forest are scheduled to be built, Jinks said, including the Huntington, with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,636 square feet of living space, the Pendleton, a 2,632 square foot home with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, plus a three-bedroom Litchfield and a four-bedroom Landrum. Tupelo Forest features three and four-bedroom single-family homes by Ryland Homes priced from $244,000 and all new homes come with a two-car garage. Plans are underway for an amenity center with a swimming pool, Jinks said.
