Lennar opens new phase at Brandon Pointe with 108 new home sites

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar has opened a third phase with 108 new home sites at Brandon Pointe, located on Providence Road off Causeway Boulevard just five miles from Westfield Brandon Shopping Mall. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar plans to build 44 town homes and 64 single-family homes in the new phase. New two and three-bedroom town homes at Brandon Pointe will range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 1,600 square feet. New three and four-bedroom single-family homes at Brandon Pointe will range in size from 1,600 square feet to 2,500 square feet with two and three car garages, Metheny said. All Lennar homes at Brandon Pointe feature the homebuilder’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: a wide range of appliances, special features and upgrades including the homebuilder’s EcoSmart program, at one “everything’s included” price, Metheny said.
