Hold-Thyssen Real Estate Services Reports 2013 Lease Transactions were up more than 30 percent

Winter Park, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen Real Estate Services, a commercial property firm based in Winter Park, with offices in Tampa and Nashville, reports its lease transactions volume grew by more than 30 percent in 2013. R. Anthony Fisher, vice president of Hold-Thyssen Real Estate Services, said the firm’s lease transactions in 2013 totaled more than $1.1 million. Hold-Thyssen provides commercial property and leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide. The 40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more that 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
