CELEBRATION GOLF MANAGEMENT COMMITTED TO STAFF’S CERTIFICATION IN FOOD SAFETY

KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Celebration Golf Management recently held a successful Serve Safe certification session at Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita in Kissimmee to comply with Florida law for foodservice employees and to ensure the continued success of all of its golf club restaurant operations. Arto Rahmani, vice president of food & beverage operations for Celebration Golf Management, said 33 restaurant employees from the golf clubs it owns or manages across central Florida attended the classes held by Chef Carlino of Cheney Brothers, Inc. an established Florida firm providing a wide range of services to restaurants. When the certification course ended, the CGM restaurant employees were well trained in preventing food borne illnesses, protecting consumer health, improving performance and preserving the reputation of the businesses. “We will continue to strive to make the Serve Safe classes a regular occurrence to ensure that every restaurant employee at Celebration Golf Management’s clubs are Serve Safe certified,” Rahmani said.
