M/I Homes Acquires home sites at Lake Pointe on Lake ToHo in St. Cloud

ORLANDO, Fla. -- M/I Homes has acquired 12 home sites at Lake Pointe, the gated community that sits on Fells Cove on East Lake ToHo in St. Cloud. David Byrnes, area president of M/I Homes, said the homebuilder will start construction of three move-in ready homes at Lake Pointe in August, priced from $499,000. Byrnes said the three move-in ready homes will be ready for occupancy in January. Lake Pointe, located off Narcoossee Road, features security cameras at the entry, pristine ponds, natural preserve area, swimming pool, waterfront park with tennis court and a viewing dock.
