Lennar to Host Grand Opening Nov 15 to Showcase a New Model Home at The Enclave at Moss Park in Southeast Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar will host a grand opening Saturday, Nov. 15 to showcase a new model home at The Enclave at Moss Park, located off Moss Park Road in southeast Orlando near Lake Nona and Medical City. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include refreshments and tours of the Provincetown model. The grand opening is free and the public is invited. Lennar is building 45 new homes at The Enclave at Moss Park that range in size from 1,736 square feet of living area to 3,773 square feet. Eight distinctive floor plans are available in one and two-story designs. The two-story Provincetown offers four bedrooms, two full baths and a half-bath in 2,919 square feet of living space with a game room, a family room, a dining room with breakfast nook, an upstairs laundry room, covered front entry and covered lanai at the rear of the home and a two-car garage priced from $310,990.
