Cuhaci & Peterson Architects completes design of the Vitamin Shoppe and Mattress Firm at Cortez Commons in Spring Hill

SPRING HILL, Fla. -- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers and Planners based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, recently completed the design of two new retail chain stores – Vitamin Shoppe and Mattress Firm – at a new shopping center located on Mariner Blvd and SR 50 in Spring Hill. Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci and Peterson, said the Vitamin Shoppe will be 2,250 square feet and the Mattress firm 4,678 square feet of retail space. Construction is already underway at the new Cortez Commons shopping center being developed by Michael Collard Properties, Inc. of Winter Park, Peterson said. Cuhaci & Peterson headquartered in Orlando with offices in Philadelphia, is one of the nation’s leading designers of retail space with projects that total more than two million square feet annually.
