St. Cloud, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, has started selling new three and four bedroom townhomes at Heritage Run, a gated community located on Boggy Creek Rd. spanning Kissimmee and St. Cloud.
Matt Orosz, co-president, said Royal Oak Homes is building 64 townhomes in the St. Cloud area of the Heritage Run community off SR 192.
Royal Oak’s new three and four bedroom townhomes with two-and-a-half baths in approximately 1,800 square feet of living space are priced from the $180s and come with a two-car garage.
Royal Oak will start construction of a model townhome in August and will have move-in ready units by December.
Heritage Run features a pool and cabana for residents and is conveniently located near shopping, banking, schools, places of worship and recreation. The community is walking distance to the 120-acre Osceola Heritage Park.
