New DiVosta Homes floor plan at Windsor Park at Abacoa offers “Live and Work” design for home, professional offices

Jupiter, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes has unveiled a new floor plan at Windsor Park at Abacoa that’s designed for professionals who want to work where they live.

Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for DiVosta Homes in South Florida, said the Cornerstone floor plan, a two-story home, offers one or two work spaces to accommodate professional offices for doctors, lawyers, accountants, planners, designers, specialty sales professionals and the like who want dedicated offices at their doorstep.

The Cornerstone offers 2,765 square feet of living space to 3,193 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four bathrooms, with one or two double-car garages, Graeve said.

But the key feature---one or two work spaces, at the buyer’s option---is drawing the most interest, Graeve said.

“In the past, one of the most attractive features of cities was the opportunity to open a retail business on the street level and live above it,” Graeve said.  In the more exclusive enclaves, doctors and lawyers had the same options, with offices that were in their homes. For many families, this is such a marvelous option that it’s gaining popularity today,” he explained.

Work spaces have separate dedicated entrances and enough space to accommodate additional office staff, Graeve said.
