ORLANDO, Fla. – Meritage Homes recently opened Oviedo Gardens and premiered two fully-furnished and decorated model homes at the new gated community located off of Oklahoma Street and Geneva Drive in Oviedo.
Tatiana Souza, Vice President of Sales for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said Meritage is building one and two-story, single-family homes priced from the high $300s on quarter-acre+ home sites at Oviedo Gardens.
There are 130 homesites at the community for new energy efficient homes with three to eight-bedrooms that Meritage Homes offers in five distinctive floor plans ranging from 2,537 square feet of living area to 5,169 square feet, Souza said.
Oviedo Gardens is conveniently located within minutes of employment and entertainment venues, indoor and outdoor recreation including parks and wilderness areas, UCF, downtown Orlando, Oviedo Mall and international airports.
