M/I Homes Opens New Model for touring at Retreat at Oregon – Designed for Privacy in Secluded Gated Community in N. Seminole County


Lake Mary / Sanford, Fla. --- M/I Homes opened a new furnished and decorated model home that was designed for individual privacy at The Retreat at Oregon, its luxury gated community with just 30 home sites located in North Seminole County off of Oregon Street near S.R. 46.    
David Byrnes, area president of M/I Homes, said the Richmond model home is one of the homebuilder’s newest designs with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms in 2,281 square feet of living area, priced from $373,990.
The Richmond  has a three-way split floor plan.  A bedroom with its own full bathroom is located in the front of the home and the master suite and two secondary bedrooms are separated by the living areas providing private space for everyone. 
Top design features of the Richmond include large L-shaped kitchen with island, a dining room and great room enhanced by 9’4” ceilings and triple 8-foot sliding glass doors that open onto a covered lanai.

M/I Homes currently offers seven floor plans at the community ranging from 1,857 square feet to 3,820 square feet of living area, priced from the mid $300s  including lawn care and the builder’s 10-year structural warranty.
