Stirling, based in Orlando ’s Thornton Park ,

frontage along Lake Druid , in Audubon
Park . The property is

community.

price has been established as offers are being entertained from a range of
potential buyers, including national builders and small developers as well as
investors. “Builders could create some really nice plans for this,”
Soderstrom said.
