ORLANDO - ABD Development Company, a leading custom home builder, will start construction of a new Portofino model home in April at Toscana located on Old King’s Road in Palm Coast.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development, said Portofino will offer four bedrooms, three-baths in 2,673 square feet of living space.
The Portofino at Toscana will be priced at $389,000, Kohn said.
At present, there are 70 homesites in the current phase at Toscana, a gated community with home starting from the high $300s.
