NAI Realvest Negotiates Two New Leases for Professional Office Space at University Court in East Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements totaling 2,502 square feet of office space at University Court located at 3361 Rouse Rd. off University Blvd. in east Orlando.

Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated both transactions representing the landlord, Interchange Rouse, LLC of Daytona Beach.

Orlando-based Space & Defense Engineering Services Company, LLC leased suite 120 with 1,380 square feet and 139 Education LLC d/b/a Neurocore leased suite 130 with 1,122 square feet.

Josh Smith of Realty Capital represented Neurocore in the transaction.

ASSA ABLOY Sales and Marketing Group, Inc. headquartered in New Haven, Conn., leased Suites 105 and 110 in the building. The tenant was represented by Robert Kellogg of Grubb & Ellis.

NAI Realvest Negotiates New and Renewal Lease Agreements for Office Space in East Orlando totaling 8,869 square feet

ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 1,380 square feet of office space at 3361 Rouse Rd. Suite 125 in University Court off University Blvd. in southeast Orlando.

Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM brokered the transaction representing the landlord, Interchange Rouse, LLC of Daytona Beach. The tenant is Orlando-based Optimal Technologies International, LLC, an information technology firm that specializes in engineering services, training development, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.

West also negotiated a renewal agreement for 7,489 square feet at Two Resource Square on behalf of the tenant, Cole Engineering Services, Inc. of Orlando who occupies suite 204 at 12000 Research Parkway in Research Park.
