Mattamy Homes Opens New Model Home at Marley Park in Surprise, Northwest of Phoenix

TEMPE, Ariz. --- Mattamy Homes recently opened a new fully furnished and professionally decorated model home at Marley Park, located east of Reems Road just south of Waddell Road in Surprise, northwest of Phoenix.

Carolyn Morrison, vice president of operations at Mattamy Homes-Arizona said the Provence model home at Marley Park offers three bedrooms and three baths in 2,080 square feet of living space with a two-car garage. Special features include an optional upstairs entertainment area and ground floor master suite.

Mattamy Homes is building 42 new low-maintenance single family homes priced from the $130s at Marley Park. Homebuyers can choose from four Mattamy designs ranging from 1,521 square feet of living space to 2,501 square feet.

The Mattamy Homes sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Fridays.

Mattamy Homes to Open Single Family Homes in February at Marley Park in Surprise

TEMPE - Mattamy Homes will open a new single family model home by Feb. 15 at Marley Park, located east of Reems Road just south of Waddell Road in Surprise, Ariz., a suburb of Phoenix.

Carolyn Morrison, vice president of operations at Mattamy Homes in Arizona, said the 2,080 square foot Provence model home at Marley Park will be fully furnished and professionally decorated.

Morrison said homebuyers may choose from four new Mattamy designs at Marley Park that range from 1,521 square feet of living space to 2,501 square feet, with three and four bedrooms, two and three baths and two-car garages.

The Provence design offers a two-story option and the model will present the upstairs space as an entertainment area.

Mattamy plans to build 42 low-maintenance single-family homes priced from the $130s at Marley Park, which features tree-lined streets and parks throughout.

The community boasts its own elementary school and homeowners enjoy the Heritage Park swimming pool and community center with resident community events.

NAI Realvest, NAI Horizon in Phoenix Negotiate Office Lease for 10,000 Square Feet in Scottsdale

ORLANDO - NAI Realvest in Maitland and NAI Horizon in Phoenix recently negotiated a lease agreement for more than 10,000 square feet of office space on behalf of Channel Intelligence at the SkySong mixed-use development in Scottsdale, Ariz.

George Livingston, chairman emeritus of the firm, and Christie Alexander, principal at NAI Realvest, along with Thomas Bean and Patricia Rogers of NAI Horizon represented Channel Intelligence in the lease of the Orlando-based company’s West Coast office.

Channel Intelligence helps retailers, manufacturers and other advertisers make their products and services easier for consumers to find and buy online and in local retail stores.

Mattamy Homes USA starts Construction of Three New Model Homes at Circle Cross Ranch in Queen’s Creek


TEMPE, Ariz. - Mattamy Homes, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, has started construction of three new single-family model homes priced from the $130s at Circle Cross Ranch on 1028 West Jamaica Hope Way in Queen’s Creek, north of Hunt Highway on Gary Road. The Grand Opening for the fully decorated model homes is expected in late May.
The three new designs also include large great rooms, double master bedroom closets, large covered patios and two or three-car garages, depending on model home plan.
Mattamy Homes is building 145 new single-family homes in the continuing phase of Circle Cross Ranch, Morrison said.
