Paul Partyka Challenges Suzanne Kosmas to Public Debate at New Smyrna Beach Event

WINTER SPRINGS – Paul Partyka, Democratic candidate for Congress in Florida’s 24th District, challenged incumbent Suzanne Kosmas to a public debate during an appearance before the Southeast Volusia Democratic Club in New Smyrna Beach recently.

Partyka, who has criticized Kosmas for her poor performance on healthcare and space coast jobs, said a public debate is the only way people can decide who is the best democratic candidate for the seat.

So far Kosmas has declined to respond to the challenge.

“Central Florida District 24 has been under-represented for the past two years and I intend to change that,” said Partyka.

“You can’t change Washington if you send the same people back. In American government, election to Congress is duty and obligation to the people, not to the political process. We need a better voice in Congress,” Partyka said.
