Ashton Woods Homes Unveils Two New Floor Plans Priced from $146,900 at Palm Cove in Wesley Chapel
TAMPA, Fla. - Ashton Woods Homes has introduced two new floor plans priced from $146,900 at Palm Cove, located S.R. 54 and Boyette Rd. in Wesley Chapel.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said new three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at Palm Cove range in size from 1,339 square feet of living space to 3,062 square feet.

Lennar Starts Construction of Two New Model Homes, Unveils New Floor Plans at Legends Golf & Country Club in Clermont
CLERMONT, Fla. - Lennar’s Central Florida Division has started construction of two new model homes and introduced new floor plans at Legends Golf & Country Club, a gated, luxury community located on Glenraven Lane off U.S. 27 in Clermont.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the two new models, with 2,433 square feet and 3,141 square feet respectively, feature three and four-bedrooms with two and three-car garages.
New single-family homes at Legends Golf & Country Club range from 2,131 square feet of living space to 3,141 square feet and are priced from the mid $200s, Metheny said.
Altogether Lennar is adding five new plans at Legends, where homebuyers may also select a basement plan offered by the homebuilder at this community.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division Starts Construction of New Model Homes, Unveils New Floor Plans at Stoneybrook Hills in Mount Dora

ORLANDO, Fla. - Lennar’s Central Florida Division has started construction of new single-family model homes and unveiled new floor plans priced from the $160s at Stoneybrook Hills, located off U.S. 441 south of S.R. 46 in Mount Dora.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said new three and four bedroom single-family homes in the gated, resort-style community range in size from 1,353 square feet of living space to 2,508 square feet.
Lennar’s two new model homes will open this summer in the Oakridge neighborhood at Stoneybrook Hills, and the homebuilder will soon start models in Crestview at Stoneybrook Hills, according to Metheny.

ABD Development introduces new affordable floor plans at Wyndham Lakes Estates
ORLANDO, Fla. - ABD Development Company has introduced new affordable floor plans at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates, located off Town Center and Landstar Blvds. in southeast Orlando.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said one new floor plan offers three bedrooms with 3,000 square feet of living space priced from the mid $300s.
A second, two-story floor plan offers three bedrooms in 2,500 square feet.
Kohn said 20 home sites remain for sale at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates, including 15 lakefront home sites on Lake Wyndham.
New four, five and six-bedroom homes at Windsor Landing are priced from $499,900 to more than $1 million and range in size from 2,900 square feet to 5,000 square feet.
