Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty negotiates lease agreement for 4,558 square feet of Class A office space in Plaza North Tower in Downtown Orlando


Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said John Kurtz of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s World Marketing Center Team negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, Swamp Donkey LLC.


The lease agreement is worth more than $500,000, Soderstrom said.

Stirling Investment and Commercial Group Negotiates Two New Lease Agreements at Lexington Plaza in Sanford


SANFORD, Fla. - Stirling Investment and Commercial Group, a division of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, recently negotiated two new long-term lease agreements at Lexington Plaza, located on S.R. 46 at Mangoustine Rd. in Sanford.


Frank Dever, managing director of Stirling Investment and Commercial Group, negotiated both lease agreements representing the landlord, Lexington Plaza LLC.


Discount Rx Pharmacy leased 1,500 square feet of retail space. Dever also represented the tenant, Discount Rx Pharmacy.


Gentiva Health Care leased 2,740 square feet of space. Mohr Partners represented the tenant, Gentiva Home Health Care.

SANFORD, Fla. - Stirling Investment and Commercial Group, a division of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, was named exclusive leasing representative at Lexington Plaza, the 18,500 square foot retail center located on the northeast corner of S.R. 46 and Mangoustine Rd. in Sanford.

Frank Dever, managing director of Stirling Investment and Commercial Group, negotiated the agreement with developer Lexington Plaza, LLC and will serve as leasing contact.
