ABD Development Introduces New Line of Smaller Designer Homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf & Country Club in Polk County
DAVENPORT, Fla. - ABD Development Company recently introduced a new designer series of luxury homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf and Country Club, located off U.S. 17-92 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said the new homes are smaller, smarter and more efficient designs, with prices starting from the $350s.
“We are building smaller, smarter luxury homes at Heritage Green at Providence that include one and two story designs and range from 2,200 square feet of living space,” Kohn said.
The new designer series includes a smaller version of ABD’s multiple award-winning Courtyard model home, which features a 1,000 square foot interior courtyard, lanai and pool area.
