Centex Homes Unveils New Single-Family Exterior Designs at Sterling Meadows in Sanford in Five Architectural Styles

ORLANDO, Fla. - Centex Homes has unveiled new single-family exterior designs in five distinctive architectural styles at Sterling Meadows, located off S.R. 415 near the intersection of S.R. 46 and East Lake Mary Blvd. in Sanford.

Carol-Ann Barody, director of operational marketing for Centex Homes in Florida, said the five new architectural styles include Classic, Craftsman, Santa Barbara, Coastal and French Country.

“The new French Country is my favorite, but the Coastal style is a close second,” said Barody.

New three, four, five and six-bedroom homes at Sterling Meadows range in size from 1,433 square feet of living space to 3,514 square feet priced from $156,990 to $219,990.
