Only Seven Condominiums Remain for Sale Priced from $120,900 at Lakeside Condominiums in Windermere

ORLANDO, Fla. - Only seven condominiums remain for sale priced from $120,900 at Lakeside Condominiums, located off Chase Road at C.R. 535 in Windermere.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said two and three-bedroom condominiums at Lakeside Condominiums range in size from 1,161 square feet of living space to 1,455 square feet.

Ashton Woods Homes opened Lakeside Condominiums in 2005 with 380 condominium units, Roche said.

Lakeside Condominiums, over looking Lake Burden, features resort-style amenities that include a large community clubhouse with billiards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, community swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and outdoor barbeque fireplace.
