ORLANDO, Fla. - Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 5,730 square feet of office space at 8009 S. Orange Ave. in Orlando.

Jay Dixon, vice president and associate Jerry Thornbury in the Office Group at Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord Bear Head Lake Holdings, LLC of Orlando.

The new tenant, Orlando-based Cornerstone Hospice, was represented by Dave Kowalchuk of Colliers Arnold.
